When you use our management system and portal (including Google Sign-In), we collect your name, email, and profile picture, along with customer and service details needed to provide IT services. We use this information solely to deliver support, manage service calls and scheduling, and contact you about your service. Your data is secured with encryption, access controls, and HTTPS. We do not sell your data or share it except with essential infrastructure providers (Google for login, Supabase for secure storage) acting on our behalf. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.
